In May 2015, the second house of "HOUSE" series, TOWNHOUSE was opened on 23/F California Tower, Lan Kwai Fong, one of the trendiest hang out spots in Hong Kong. In August, GLASSHOUSE Shanghai and Va Bene Shanghai both reveal their presence in XinTianDi Shanghai. In early September, IVY, the first restaurant that carries the deliciousness and authenticity of cuisine of the French Riviera, has opened at ifc. In October, the third house in the series, GREENHOUSE, was opened at Times Square.
Gaia Group launched its new dining concept – Glasshouse, serving Asian cuisine with a Western twist with a view and a beautifully landscaped terrace.
Isola Bar & Grill opened in Chaoyang District, Beijing, with a two storeys venue and an area of over 7,000 sq ft.
GaiaGroup has opened Bene Pizza & Pasta at Olympian city in 2012, with an iconic glass display.

With the opening of the luxury shopping and entertainment development Elements across Hong Kong’s harbour, came the opportunity to create Joia.
Gaia Group absorbed Lan Kwai Fong’s iconic Italian neighbourhood trattoria Va Bene.
The Group embarked on its greatest-ever challenge – opening Isola Bar & Grill at a spectacular 7,000 sq ft venue over two floors of ifc mall on Hong Kong’s Central harbourfront.
The Group next turned its attention to mainland China where in October 2001 it opened Va Bene Shanghai in the city’s fashionable Xintiandi entertainment district, a themed cultural and historical locale.
